冯鹏程:资本运营专家冯鹏程教授应邀参加“2012年第三届国家理财规划师年会”

11月25日，全国著名资本运营专家、对外经济贸易大学中国资本运营研究中心主任冯鹏程教授应邀参加“2012年第三届国家理财规划师年会”，并与其他专家一起参与了话题讨论环节--《金融理财在十二五金融发展规划中的定位和作用》”。

2012年11月25日，由国家职业技能鉴定专家委员会理财规划师专业委员会秘书处指导，北京市理财规划师协会、国家理财师俱乐部联合主办，北京东方华尔金融咨询有限责任公司承办，和讯理财联合主办、陕西西部网支持的“第三届国家理财规划师年会”在北京召开。本着推动中国金融理财行业发展的宗旨，本次年会邀请了三百余位来自金融行业的专家学者以及全国各地的国家理财规划师代表参加了本次大会。

冯教授在与其他两位专家一起参与的话题讨论环节当中指出：我国的金融理财事业方兴未艾，各类理财产品不断推陈出新，对金融理财从业者的业务水平和职业技能来说，是一个极大的挑战。理财规划师不仅需要及其出众的专业技能，进行相关专业课程的培训；另外，怎样进行谈判，怎样把握客户心理，这些主题也应该纳入理财规划师的培训课程体系中；最重要的一点，获得客户的信任，而且有能力去帮客户理财，理财规划师自身的财富也需要积累到一定的程度。因为只有这样，理财规划师才有可能更深刻的理解客户的需求和心态。这个行业的发展还是需要国家、政府、理财规划师等多方面共同努力，共同推进的。
